THE CREW

Guy Mitrano (Chief Executive Officer)
Guy has been boating and fishing all his life, since childhood days with his father, right through his undergraduate years at UVM. Having always had a passion for these lifestyles, he saw the opportunity to combine this enthusiasm with his love for business, and give back to the community that has provided him with so much. His decision to establish Burlington Boatyard, LLC signifies the commitment and dedication Guy has to bring all lake goers together, and enhance the sense of connection that exists amongst all of us in the Green Mountain state.

Jimmy Farah (Chief Communications Officer)
Jimmy has always been a Vermonter at heart. Spending his summers on the Lake, he became attracted to all the area had to offer, especially its abundance of waterfront activities, and the natural beauty of Lake Champlain. This compelled him to attend the University of Vermont, and now, continue to be an active member of the community, contributing through his actions and leadership in Burlington Boatyard.

Jason Meyersburg (Chief Strategy Officer)
Jason Meyersburg is a third generation Vermont snowbird.  Growing up in Maryland, he spent weekends on the Chesapeake and summers on Lake Dunmore.  Jason headed off to UVM in the fall of 2000 and earned his bachelor's in 2003.  Shortly after graduating he founded BurlingtonBoatyard.com.  He enjoys sailing, motorboating, and is slowly learning to wakeboard.

James MacKay (Chief Marketing Officer)
Having grown up on the beaches of New England, James has always been a true boat enthusiast. From Boston Whalers to Beetle Cats, he has spent countless hours on the water enjoying the boating lifestyle. After four undergraduate years off the water in Boston, James realized his passion for boating would never subside. He recently teamed up with his longtime friends at Burlington Boatyard and together have dedicated their efforts to serving the boating community.

Nick Cifuentes (Chief Technology Officer)
After successfully leading the online development efforts behind a major TV news station in Boston, Nicholas has been leading product development of all types.  He finished his Masters of Arts degree at Emerson College in late 2006, with a concentration in Multimedia Journalism and Online Marketing, with a minor in Creative Writing. His passion for boating stems from his father, who owned several fishing boats while growing up on the shores of New Jersey.  Nick loves the water, surfing and water sports of all kinds - and has a strong connection to boating.
